This privacy policy applies to the QMarket mobile application, created by Le Van Quang (the "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is provided "AS IS".

1. Information Collection and Use

While using the Application, we may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information to create an account, process orders, provide payment functionality, and improve the service.

• Account Data: Email address and password. Passwords are processed securely by our backend authentication system.
• Profile and Order Data: Full name, phone number, and shipping address, including street, city, state, postal code, and country.
• Payment Data: Payment details are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
• Technical Data: App/device identifiers, push notification tokens through OneSignal, request logs, crash reports, and performance data through Sentry.

The Application does not collect precise location data from your mobile device.

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

2. Third-Party Services

The Application uses trusted third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These services have their own privacy policies regarding data handling:

• Google Play Services
• Stripe
• OneSignal
• Sentry

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with third-party service providers only as necessary to provide core functionalities such as payment processing, notifications, and error monitoring.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Application and related services.

How to Delete Your Account:

• In-App Instructions: You can view account deletion instructions within the Application by navigating to Profile > Delete Account.
• Email Request: To request account deletion, please contact us at [email protected].

Once requested, we will process the deletion of your account and associated personal data within 72 hours, except where retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business obligations.

4. Security

We value your trust in providing us your personal information. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it as soon as possible.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
